AACR Cancer Evo Working Group Conf.

Two members of EDIT lab (Franco Pradelli and Sadegh Marzban) presented their work at a American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) satellite conference run by the “Cancer Evolution Working Group.” This conference’s goal is to unify evolutionary biology with clinical and translational oncology, by leveraging new technologies such as single-cell sequencing, phylogenetic modeling, and spatial transcriptomics.

Franco presented his ongoing work on dose response models of ALK inhibitors in childhood ALCL cancer. Sadegh presented his recently published work on Markov chain models of ALL (published in Cancer Research Communications, found here)
