The MBI bootcamp on Cancer Modeling has been co-organized by Drs. Helen Byrne, Mark Chapain, Reinhard Laubenbacher and Kasia Rejniak. The bootcamp was aimed to provide a tutorial, from both biological and mathematical perspecitives, and an overview of the current state-of-the-art in cancer modeling in radiotheraphy, signaling pathways and tumor development. The tumor development hands-on computational laboratory was also conducted by Kasia Rejniak.
