"Defining a digital signature of a tumor cell based on multicellular spheroid cultures" project

topic: quantify and simulate growth of 3D tumor spheroids in various and variable microenvironments and their response to chemotherapy.

May 9th 2018 -- Moffitt Cancer Center Scientific Symposium; Sharan Poonja presented a poster "Reconstructing tumor growth in various microenvironments with the Organoid3D in silico model" in collaboration with Dr. McCawley and Dr. Markov from Vanderbilt University.
